We are thrilled to have started our journey with PB4L-SW and know that it will bring together and support all the wonderful things already happening in the school.
What is Positive Behaviour For Learning?
Positive Behaviour for Learning (School Wide) is an initiative from the Ministry of Education. It aims to provide a positive school climate and to create a supportive environment for personal, social and academic growth for students and staff.
The first professional development meeting showed us some exciting ideas and also confirmed that Banks Avenue School staff already do many great things. Our HEART values and recent celebrations are just a couple of examples of these.
We will keep you up-to-date about some of these new ideas and will also be asking for your input at times as well, so please look out in the newsletter or on this page of the website.
