Day to Day Absence

If your child is going to be absent from school it is really important that you make contact with us and let us know the reason for the absence. There are a number of options available for you to do this.

You can:

• Phone the school: 03 385 4163, preferably between 8:00am-8:55am so we know absences before the school day starts
• Email [email protected]

• Text us: 027 422 8032

• Fill in the contact form below.

We will make contact with whānau if a child is unaccounted for.  Please work with us to make sure we have your current home, work and cell phone numbers. If any of your Contact Details change, please email Emi Kamiya or [email protected] so that eTap can be updated.

 

Other Absences

If your child is going to be absent for other than an educational approved activity (e.g. family holiday), a request must be made in writing or via email ([email protected]) to the Principal, outlining the dates your child/(ren) will be absent and the reason for the absence.
