Kieran from Dudley is an outstanding role model for sport. He runs like the wind, long jumps effortlessly and it is his focus and self-expectation that sets him apart. He gives 100% and this shows in the fantastic athlete that he is.

Lachlan in Room 7 is an all-round talent. He is an advanced learner in mathematics and reading. His skills at PE are amazing. He is a wonderful support for his buddy Vincent in Room 8.

Jaime in Room 1 has been working very hard learning the alphabet letters and sounds. He went on a blossom hunt and used his new knowledge to write a super story about his experience.

Ashton is a reliable digikid who provides assistance to others in many different eLearning contexts. He problem solves and uses his intuition to work his way through issues and he has a breadth of knowledge that benefits both himself and those around him. Recently he has used these skills to engage enthusiastically with writing which is great to see.

Week 7: 7 September 2016
The Landing would like to celebrate Rylan's writing. He has been working really hard as a writer and likes to use describing words to improve his stories. He has begun to edit his own work and takes pride in all he does.

Ella has made significant progress across all areas of the curriculum and is an 'out of the box thinker'. She often brings her new ideas to school in the form of self-designed PIA challenges and has even decided to teach herself another language.

Term 2 2016
Last week Zavier and Jared took part in the Year 5 Cycle Safety Programme. They both used their HEART values to make this a positive learning experience for themselves, and by doing this they also helped all the other children to have a positive experience as well.
